Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
Electron Solutions LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use our website, review service documents, contact us, request or receive mobile service, or interact with our advertising and business platforms.
Information we collect
We collect information reasonably needed to review and perform service, communicate with you, process transactions, maintain required records, measure public-site performance, and protect customers and the business. Depending on your interaction, this may include your name, phone number, email address, service location, vehicle details, requested work, scheduling information, communications, approvals, estimates, invoices, payments, and files you choose to provide.
Secure customer links may retain access, decision, delivery, and security evidence needed to provide the requested document or action. Keep secure customer links private. Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or unrelated sensitive information.
Payments
Payments may be processed by Square or another approved payment processor. The processor handles card credentials through its own systems. Electron Solutions generally receives limited transaction evidence such as amount, status, date, processor identity, and refund or dispute status. We do not ask customers to enter full card numbers or security codes into ordinary website forms.
Website data, cookies, measurement, and advertising
Our public website may collect limited technical and usage information such as browser and device type, pages viewed, referral or campaign source, approximate location derived from an IP address, performance information, and public engagement actions. If you choose Allow, we may use Google Analytics and the existing Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking tag (UET 187261452) to understand page views, tool use, service-link selections, Call, Message Online, approved outbound-link engagement, and a server-confirmed Message Online submission. Google may replace our displayed number with a forwarding number to measure calls. Click, engagement, and message-start events are not proof that a call connected or a message was sent. The message_submitted event is emitted only after the secure message is committed and contains no entered text, contact data, or private access link.
We limit measurement data to the type of interaction, the public page path, and the relevant service, tool, or app identifier. For page views only, we may also include a public page URL containing approved campaign or click identifiers and the referring site’s origin. The server-confirmed message_submitted event is parameter-free. We do not send customer-entered text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, service locations, vehicle details, private access links, full query strings, URL fragments, and other direct personal information to Google Analytics or Microsoft UET.
Microsoft collects or receives Personal Data from users or Electron Solutions through UET to provide Microsoft Advertising, including conversion measurement, reporting, and performance analysis. Microsoft describes its collection, use, and disclosure practices in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Electron Tools may use Google AdSense. If you first choose Allow, Google code may use cookies or local storage for advertising and reporting. Depending on region and choices, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads. Google’s certified consent-management platform provides additional advertising choices in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. See Google’s advertising privacy information.
Your optional privacy choice controls whether Google measurement, Microsoft UET, and any separately approved AdSense or consent-management code may load. Before Allow, none of those optional provider requests are made. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat it as a denial of optional measurement and advertising. You can reopen Privacy choices from the public footer and change the available choice. Denial or revocation stops future optional processing, clears relevant optional browser state, and reloads when needed to close an already-loaded provider session. Essential service and secure customer pages do not depend on optional measurement or advertising. Mini-app diagnostic answers, code entries, checklist answers, result categories, and game scores are not sent to Google or Microsoft as ad-targeting data.

Calls, texts, and email
When you provide contact information, we may contact you about your request, Estimate, scheduling, arrival, parts, secure links, service status, Invoice, payment, safety, support, or warranty. Message and data rates may apply. Promotional opt-outs do not prevent necessary transactional or service communications. We do not sell phone numbers, email addresses, or SMS consent for another party's direct marketing.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose only what is reasonably necessary to approved providers supporting hosting, security, communications, mapping, document delivery, payment processing, analytics, advertising measurement, accounting, insurance, legal compliance, parts, or warranty work. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect safety and rights, investigate fraud, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain records for the period reasonably needed for service, warranty, accounting, tax, insurance, legal, security, and regulatory purposes. Different records have different retention requirements. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, restricted secure-link access, logging restrictions, and other administrative and technical safeguards. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us to request reasonable access, correction, or deletion, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. You may control optional measurement and advertising through the public-site Privacy choices and browser settings. California residents may have additional rights under applicable law. Electron Solutions does not sell personal information for money.
Children, changes, and contact
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change; the date above identifies the current version. Questions or privacy requests may be sent through the contact information on this website.
