Terms of Service
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These Terms apply when you use the Electron Solutions website or secure customer pages, contact us, review or approve an Estimate, authorize work, make a payment, or receive service from Electron Solutions LLC. By using those services or authorizing work, you agree to these Terms.
About our service
Electron Solutions is an independent mobile service business based in Oakland, California. We provide the mobile vehicle services confirmed in a current Estimate or other written service authority. We are not a guaranteed emergency-response provider, towing company, full repair facility, body shop, locksmith, tire shop, insurer, manufacturer, or government agency.
Requests and availability
A contact request, website interaction, proposed time, or preliminary discussion does not by itself guarantee acceptance, a specific arrival time, parts availability, compatibility, price, or successful completion. Service is accepted only when Electron Solutions confirms the relevant scope, location, timing, and pricing. Traffic, weather, earlier appointments, parts, customer access, and safety may affect timing.
Safety and mobile-service limits
Call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority for injuries, fire, an active-roadway collision, immediate danger, or suspected criminal activity. We may refuse, stop, cancel, or reschedule work when a location, vehicle, property, instruction, or condition is unsafe, illegal, inaccessible, outside our mobile scope, or requires another licensed or specially equipped provider.
Your authority and responsibilities
You represent that you own the vehicle or property or have authority to request the work and permit access, inspection, testing, movement, and service. You are responsible for accurate contact, location, vehicle, condition, modification, warning, access, and authorization information, and for providing needed keys, wheel-lock keys, permissions, and a reachable contact.
Estimates and additional work
Review the exact Estimate, included work, exclusions, parts, tax, deposit requirement, and payment terms before approval. Conditions discovered later may require revised work and pricing. Electron Solutions will seek additional authorization before material additional work. Only the exact current authorized version governs; declined or unapproved additions are not authorized.
Parts and customer-supplied items
Parts, batteries, fluids, filters, wiring kits, and materials remain subject to availability and compatibility. We may propose a substitution or reschedule work. Customer-supplied items may have limited or no Electron Solutions warranty, and additional labor or restoration may be required when an item is incompatible, defective, incomplete, or previously installed.
Deposits, Invoices, and payments
Some work may require a deposit, prepayment, or payment for special-order parts. Payment is due as stated in the accepted Estimate, final Invoice, or other written authority. A deposit may be applied to the final Invoice and may become non-refundable after parts are ordered, capacity is reserved, assignment or travel begins, or work is performed, subject to applicable law. Square or another approved processor may apply its own terms and privacy practices.
Contact us promptly if you believe an amount is incorrect. A payment redirect, receipt screen, link click, or processor notification alone does not confirm that we have recorded your payment. We record it after verifying the appropriate processor or manual payment evidence.
Cancellations and incomplete service
Contact us promptly to cancel or reschedule. A disclosed cancellation, travel, diagnostic, parts, or reserved-capacity charge may apply after assignment, travel, arrival, work, or parts acquisition begins, or when inaccurate information, missing access, missing authorization, or customer unavailability prevents service. Refund decisions consider completed work, parts, travel, reserved time, processor rules, and applicable law.
Inspection, diagnostics, and outcomes
Mobile inspection and diagnostic findings reflect accessible conditions and information available at the time. They are not guarantees that every latent, intermittent, inaccessible, or future condition has been identified. A pre-purchase inspection reduces uncertainty but is not a warranty, appraisal, certification, or guarantee of future reliability.
Warranty and limitations
Any specific labor or part warranty will be stated in the applicable Estimate, Invoice, manufacturer material, or written warranty. Warranty does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, accidents, unauthorized changes, normal wear, customer-supplied defects, concealed conditions, or work by others. To the extent permitted by law, remedies are limited to the applicable service or warranty obligation and Electron Solutions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
Communications, privacy, and secure links
You consent to transactional calls, text messages, emails, and secure links reasonably related to your service. Keep secure customer links private. Our Privacy Policy describes information practices. Public click, engagement, and message-start analytics are not proof that a communication was completed; a message_submitted event is emitted only after a secure Message Online request is committed.
Disputes, law, and changes
Please contact us first so we can review a concern. These Terms are governed by applicable California law, without displacing rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. We may update these Terms for future interactions; the date above identifies the current public version.
