What to know before requesting service
- Full diagnosis, repair, battery replacement, towing, and high-voltage traction-battery work are not included.
- Location and roadside safety must be confirmed before dispatch.
- If you approve changing the service to a No-Start Diagnosis during the same visit, we will not charge the full base price for both services.
Travel fees
Any travel fee is listed separately on your estimate. It applies once per separately dispatched visit, regardless of the number of services, vehicles, add-ons, or service changes during that visit.
