What to know before requesting service
- Repairs, parts, programming, high-voltage work, towing, and guaranteed same-visit repair are not included.
- Additional work requires a separate Estimate and customer authorization.
- If you approve changing a Jump-Start Service to a No-Start Diagnosis during the same visit, we will not charge the full base price for both services.
Travel fees
Any travel fee is listed separately on your estimate. It applies once per separately dispatched visit, regardless of the number of services, vehicles, add-ons, or service changes during that visit.
