Includes stated goals, review of your current internet connection and equipment, a relevant interior walkthrough, non-invasive observations, room and device priorities, practical placement guidance, and a concise recommendation summary.
What to know before requesting service
- Equipment, installation, cabling, construction drawings, a formal heatmap, ISP repair, and guaranteed speed or coverage are not included.
- Installation or setup requires a separate agreement on the work.
- The assessment is a separate service. Its price is not automatically credited toward later installation or setup.
Travel fees
Any travel fee is listed separately on your estimate. It applies once per separately dispatched visit, regardless of the number of services, vehicles, add-ons, or service changes during that visit.
